旅美中國(guó)科學(xué)家工程師專業(yè)人士協(xié)會(huì)，簡(jiǎn)稱：ACSE。是一個(gè)非盈利、非政治性團(tuán)體。它組織各種社會(huì)性、科技性、專業(yè)性和教育性的活動(dòng)，促進(jìn)和增強(qiáng)成員的相互合作、發(fā)展。
The name of the Association shall
be the Association of Chinese Scientists and Engineers - U.S.A., hereinafter
referred to as ACSE. The association shall be a non-political and not-for-profit
organization under the laws of the State of Illinois.The headquarters of
theAssociation shall be determined by the Board of Directors.The Association
shall devote to cooperation, development and contribution through its social,
academic, professional and educational activities.
